Pengembangan Kreativitas Anak Usia Dini Melalui Kegiatan Spray Painting
Abstract
This study aims to develop early childhood creativity through spray painting activities. The research method uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design with 30 children as participants. This study compared the experimental group that carried out spray painting activities with the control group that carried out free drawing activities. Data were collected through the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT), observation, and interviews. The results showed a significant increase in creativity scores in the experimental group compared to the control group, with an increase in scores of 16.8 in the experimental class and 2.4 in the control class. These findings broaden the understanding of the development of early childhood creativity by integrating fine arts and functional products, providing important implications for educational practices in kindergarten. Based on this, it can be concluded that spray painting activities can develop children's creativity.
