This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were analyzed is strengthened when institutional policies, curriculum, teacher practices, school culture, and children's experiences operate coherently. The study contributes to Islamic education management by positioning institutional transformation as a strategic mechanism for sustaining tawhid-based education beyond formal religious instruction.
